We will provide monthly menus, along with featured recipes for our club members.

Marketing

We will create one marketing tool for our members per month as part of their club membership. These might include; a Logo, Advertisement for newspaper, phone book or other ad, business card, flyer, brochure, letterhead with envelope, professional letters written for the purpose of advertising your child care services to other professionals, How to Hold an Open House, seasonal marketing tips, interviewing potential clients, and a website!  

Curriculum

Club members will get to the RFTS Preschool Program & Toddler Curriculum as on CD-Rom free as part of their club membership. Plus a 50% savings on all other items offered on the Reach2Learn website and our other partners.

Administration

We will help our members create their policy books and other paperwork as part of their club membership. Our Administration items will include; determining rates, holiday/vacation schedule, child information packet, enrollment agreement, emergency procedures, financial agreement, illness policy, permission forms, permission to administer medication, release of child form, substitute care notice, and a policy handbook.

Day to Day Operations

We will help club members create a daily schedule that is not only appropriate for the children they have in care but also beneficial to themselves and the families they provide care for! We will also help you set up your child care space, and make suggestions on what items to have in your child care for the children, set up centers and more! As a member you will receive ideas for the following items; daily schedule, center signs, information bulletin board, organizing materials, organizing art supplies, making naptime easy, music time, successful story time, drop off/pick up times, circle time, outdoor adventures and terrific transitions.
